A Certification of Academic Achievement is essential to most organizations. No training program is
complete without certifying the achievements of each student.
The Athena LMS Certification & License Management program provides either the accumulation of credits toward a
Certification, or an annual assessment and review for awarding a License in a chosen professional field as
required.
In designing a Certification or Licensing program, the existing program or a new program is carefully analyzed.
The program is designed establishing the features and benefits for both the organization and the student. Requirements
for different levels of certification are established.
As students progress through the program, the Athena LMS maintains records of their accomplishments. Points, events,
hours, or CEU's are recorded, and when student requirements are met, a Certificate of Accomplishment can be issued:
quickly, easily and automatically.
Time limitations can be established for the completion of a certificate. Annual requirements can be established
or dates can be set as guidelines.
